SHIPPING POLICY

All FERAL items require 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times shown at checkout are in addition to our 7–10 business day processing period. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by FERAL.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

FERAL is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address or for delays resulting from inaccurate shipping information.

CARRIER DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations. FERAL is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos so we can review the situation.
