ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill an order. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

LIMITED RELEASES & PRE-ORDERS

Certain FERAL products may be offered as limited releases or pre-orders.

Estimated production, fulfillment, and delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that the item may not be available for immediate shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, fit, change of mind, or buyer preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. Eligible claims will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.
